Operations




This is an exciting aspect of the business. It all starts on the farms; only fresh grown ingredients are gathered according to strict selection standards, and brought to the factory for preparation. Superb ingredients, spices, fresh vegetables and a great deal of care help to bring the recipes together, and then they are all delivered in perfect condition to each outlet in special refrigerated trucks and vans.

So, from the farm to the processing factory, then to the individual outlet, and then finally into the hands of the customer is the cycle ALa Turko perform, and one they will continually improve.

A La Turko established their Central Production Kitchen and Distribution Centre in 1990, located in Sydney's west. They produce the menu items for all of their outlets in this plant, to ensure a uniform quality standard is upheld in order to meet the strict Australian health regulations.

To place food supply orders, A La Turko outlet operators first need to phone through to the head office, and then fax their list of products required. Orders placed by noon will be delivered the following day by company vehicles.
